He also walked us through the all the different loan programs 30 yr, adjustables, buying down points etc. and helped us choose one that was geared to our life plans. He also worked on finding us a better insurance rate and saved us over $400 on our homeowners policy. We were a little skeptical about refinacing due to normal loan costs but are glad we did because the equity line is adjustable (matching the prime rate now up to 6.75%) and was interest only with an escalating payment in 8 more years. We are now extremely glad we made the transaction because once the rates jumped we couldnt have done this at no cost with out having a higher interest rate. Gary
